TraveliGo disallows you to post any messages that are deliberately attack to any tour companies and hotels appear on our website as well as any kind of text or message that threaten to Thai monarchy, religion and disturbance to others. TraveliGo reserves the right to consider and delete messages that we deem inappropriate.
Conditions for Booking Cancellation and Amendment Hotel
If the cancellation occurs after deadline specified in the confirmation e-mail customer received, customer may not receive any refund or must pay the fine for minimum 1 night unless notified otherwise in the confirmation e-mail. In case customer does not arrive at the hotel as plan; minimum 1 night will be deducted for the fine unless notified otherwise in the confirmation e-mail. Any changes concerning the reservation such as change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part must not be made directly with the hotel but should be made through TraveliGo only. If you have any problems or questions about reservation before or during your stay at the hotel, please contact our customer support directly in office hours.
Please understand that amending or reducing your stay during the holiday/high season or cancel booking after deadline specified in the confirmation e-mail, customer will be asked to pay penalty charge/fine being imposed by the hotel. Generally, the cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to check-in. The penalty charge/fine is usually minimum 1 night and will be deducted from the amount refunded (not include bank surcharges and transfer fee). However some hotel may not be asked for refund as promotion campaign which depends on each accommodation policy.
Normally it will take 20 business days at minimum for refund process. However if you inform us after cancellation deadline, customer may not receive any refund due to due to accommodation policy or take longer time for refund process according to the cardholder’s bank which TraveliGo will notify customer upon receiving of your inquiry .
Please be informed that each program has different cancellation policies. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will get a full amount of refund because it depending on the condition of your program.
- In the event that you wish to cancel booking after you have made payment. You must notice us at least 30 days prior to departure date (in the period of our working days only). We will check and refund the actual cost because the company has an advance payment for visa, airfare and accommodation etc which we cannot return to you.
- If traveling during the holidays, high season, festival or any promotion campaigns; TraveliGo reserves the right not to refund.
- In case customer does not arrive at the airport as planned; TraveliGo reserves the right not to refund.
- If traveling by Charter flight or Extra Flight. TraveliGo reserves the right not to refund.
- In case of cancellation due to illness, you need to submit a medical certificate to the airline and hotel. You have to wait for result in a refund check.
- In case of cancellation due to visa refusal. We will check and refund the actual cost except visa fee.

However if you are late to notify us, you may not receive any refund due to tour operator and supplier policy or take longer time for refund process according to the cardholder’s bank. Some bank may need up to 30 days or next transaction period.
In case of cancellation and amendment, bank surcharges may be applied by your cardholder’s bank. These charges refer to bank surcharges and transfer fee which will deduct from the full amount paid; by an intermediary bank or payee bank. All conversion rates are subject to such exchange rate at such time as may be determined by the respective card association(s), namely Visa International Service Association and/or MasterCard International Incorporated and/or China Union Pay at its absolute discretion. TraveliGo has no responsibility/right to intervene/determine aforementioned period and/or policy.
TraveliGo reserves the right to represent for any guarantees or any responsibilities regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality and suitability of any content on this website. We are committed to recruiting quality hotels with good services. However, we reserve the right to represent any guarantees or responsibility regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality and suitability of the hotel listed on our website.
