100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and will not be refunded when cancelled.

Guests who wish to book 2 houses or more, must contact the property’s management office to confirm the location of each house and to complete their reservation. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Without the property’s approval, the advance deposit will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

Please note that the provided map and address refer to the management office, while the townhouses have different addresses. They are located within the same central area.

Check-in is strictly between 16:00 and 18:00. Guests arriving at Narita Airport after 14:00, at Haneda Airport after 14:30 or at Kansai Airport after 16:00 will not arrive in Kyoto by 18:00, and will not be able to check in.
