      •     If the ticket has not yet been issued, you will only be charged the actual deposit amount.

  • The company’s services begin and end at Suvarnabhumi Airport. If you are traveling from another province or another country and make your own arrangements for flights or other transportation to the airport, the company will not be responsible for any related expenses, as these are outside the tour program. Therefore, you should wait until the group is 100% finalized before booking your transportation.

  • For guests requesting a triple room, if the hotel is unable to provide a room with three separate beds, a rollaway bed may be provided instead. Alternatively, the accommodation may need to be arranged as one twin room and one single room, in which case the single-room surcharge will be at the guest’s own expense.
